Fridge and freezer removal in Liverpool starts at $80, and it's one of the areas where we can most often collect same-day — our yard is in Bankstown, about fifteen minutes up the road.
Garage freezers are the local speciality
Bigger blocks and bigger households mean chest freezers, and Liverpool has plenty. They get bought for a bulk meat order or a big occasion, then run at a fraction of capacity for the next decade.

Access is straightforward
Collection is kerbside only. Please arrange for the fridge to be safely placed outside at the kerbside before pickup; our team does not carry from homes, garages, carports or stairs. For apartments around the Liverpool CBD and hospital precinct, arrange any service lift and building access needed to move it outside before our arrival.
Defrost chest freezers properly
This matters more than for a fridge:
- Empty and unplug it a full day ahead — chest freezers hold a lot of ice
- Prop the lid open, put towels around the base
- Bail out the well before pickup day — there can be several litres in there
- Leave the lid on — we don't need it removed
A freezer that hasn't been defrosted leaks across the garage and driveway on the way out.
Why you need a booked collection
Liverpool City Council only permits bulky items on the nature strip once a collection is booked for a specific date. Illegal dumping is policed hard across South West Sydney, including camera programs in known hotspots, and penalties are significant.
Beyond that, every fridge and freezer contains refrigerant that must be recovered by a licensed handler before the unit is crushed — which a kerbside grab doesn't guarantee. How we handle it.
What we take
Fridges, bar fridges, upright freezers and chest freezers — $80 for a small–medium unit, $150 for a large one, working or not, any age. Two or three in one trip are simply priced per unit.
A washing machine or an old TV can go in the same trip. We don't take dryers, dishwashers, ovens or air conditioners.
While we're there
Mattresses are $80 each in the same visit, and if there's a car in the driveway that hasn't moved in years, we do a lot of those in Liverpool too.
