What happens to your load

Nothing just "disappears". Here's where it actually goes.

    We sort every load

    Back at the yard, each pickup is separated by material instead of being tipped straight into landfill.

    Recycle what we can

    Metal, timber, cardboard, green waste and e-waste go to the right licensed recycler — not the tip.

    Donate what's still good

    Usable furniture and goods are passed to charities and reuse networks so they get a second life.

    Dispose of the rest responsibly

    Whatever truly can't be saved is taken to licensed facilities and disposed of the proper way.
