How much does a collection cost?

Our flat fee is $80 AUD per item, regardless of size or weight. No hidden charges, no fuel levies. Bulk discounts apply for 5+ items — see our Services & Pricing page for details.

How do I book a collection?

Head to our Book a Collection page, select your item type, enter your address, choose a date, and pay securely online. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away.

Can I book same-day collection?

We aim to collect within 24–48 hours of booking. Same-day collection may be available depending on your suburb and our schedule — contact us to check availability.

Do I need to be home for the collection?

No — just leave your items at the doorstep or a designated spot and our team will take care of the rest. Let us know in your booking notes if there are any access instructions.

What We Accept

What items do you collect?

We collect mattresses (all sizes), furniture (sofas, beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs), white goods and appliances (fridges, washing machines, dryers, ovens, air conditioners), e-waste (TVs, computers, monitors, phones), and general household rubbish and junk.

Is there anything you won't collect?

We don't collect hazardous chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or tyres. If you're unsure about a specific item, contact us before booking.

Do you take mattresses in any condition?

Yes — we accept mattresses in any condition, including soiled, damaged, or heavily worn. All mattresses are recycled regardless of condition.

Recycling & Environment

Do you actually recycle, or does it go to landfill?

We operate a zero landfill policy. Every item is assessed and sorted, with materials sent to certified recycling partners. Steel, foam, timber, metals, and electronics are all recovered and repurposed. See How Our Recycling Works for the full process.

Can I get a certificate of recycling?

For commercial clients requiring documentation, please mention this in your booking or quote request and we'll arrange it.

Do you work with businesses?

Absolutely. We work with hotels, aged care facilities, hospitals, real estate agencies, strata managers, councils, and retailers. Request a bulk quote here.

Can you set up a recurring collection schedule?
