Refund policy

Recycle Corp provides a doorstep collection service — we don't ship physical products, so this policy covers bookings rather than product returns.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your collection at no charge up to 24 hours before your booked time. Contact us at 0428 01 01 01 or 9090mohammadpaypal@gmail.com to make changes.

 

Refunds

Because a collection is a service carried out at your address, we don't offer refunds once the collection has been completed. If our team wasn't able to complete the job as booked, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

 

Returns and exchanges

As this is a collection service rather than a physical product, we don't accept returns or exchanges.
