Mattress Removal Bankstown & Canterbury — Flat $80, Same-Day Often

Our yard is in Bankstown — 3/17 Kitchener Parade — so this is the fastest area we cover. Mattress removal here is a flat $80 each, any size, any condition, and same-day is often genuinely possible rather than a maybe.
Why we're quick here
Most collection services quote 24–48 hours because they're routing across the whole metro. Bankstown, Yagoona, Punchbowl, Greenacre, Lakemba, Campsie and Belmore are all within a short run of the yard, which means we can usually slot a job in the same day if you book before noon.
It also means if something changes — you need it earlier, or the access turns out to be different from what you described — there's more flexibility than there would be for a job in Penrith.
Mixed housing, mixed jobs
This part of Sydney has a genuine mix, and each needs something different from you:
- Freestanding homes — arrange for mattresses to be safely placed outside at the kerbside before pickup; we do not carry from homes or garages.
- Red-brick walk-ups — very common through Lakemba, Campsie, Punchbowl and Wiley Park. Three storeys, no lift, tight landings. Arrange suitable help to move mattresses safely outside before pickup; stair carrying is not included.
- Newer apartments around Bankstown and Campsie stations — arrange any service lift and building access needed to have items safely moved outside at the kerbside before pickup.
Multi-mattress jobs
Larger households mean we often collect two, three or four at once here. $80 each, one trip, no minimum and no bulk complication.
Canterbury-Bankstown Council rules
Canterbury-Bankstown Council runs booked bulky collections with annual limits per household. Items may only go on the nature strip once you've booked a specific date — anything else is illegal dumping and it's fineable.
Enforcement is active across this area, and dumped mattresses are one of the most commonly reported items. A mattress with a delivery label attached is straightforward to trace. What it costs.
In a walk-up or strata block there's the usual extra layer — tenants generally can't book the council collection themselves.
What it costs
$80 flat per mattress, single to super king, any condition including stained or damaged. Kerbside collection, no size surcharge, no call-out fee.
Fridge going too? From $80 in the same visit. Car in the driveway that hasn't moved in years? We're minutes away.
