- Gate widths and whether the approach is grass, gravel or dirt
- Whether it's inside a shed and how the shed opens
- Whether other vehicles or equipment need to move first

What's it worth?
Heavy, common vehicles with the engine, gearbox and catalytic converter still fitted are worth the most — which describes a lot of the utes and 4WDs out here. Value drops with missing components, severe rust, and fire or flood damage.

The paperwork
