Car removal across Fairfield, Cabramatta, Canley Vale and Smithfield — running or not, registered or not. One quote, given before we come, that doesn't change when the truck turns up. How our car removal works.
Why we lead with that
The "guaranteed top cash for any car" model is heavily advertised across South West Sydney, and the pattern is consistent: a big number over the phone, then a lower one on your driveway once the truck is there and you've already decided the car is going.
We don't work that way. Tell us what the car is and where it sits, and we'll give you a number that holds. Sometimes that number is lower than the headline figures you'll see advertised — the difference is that ours is the real one. Sometimes we pay for the car (by bank transfer — cash payments for scrap vehicles aren't allowed in NSW); sometimes it's a removal fee. More on how those ads work.
What we collect
- Cars that won't start, or have no engine
- Unregistered vehicles, off the road for any length of time
- Written-off cars, statutory or repairable
- Fire and flood damaged vehicles
- Cars on flat tyres or up on blocks
- Half-stripped project cars
- Utes, vans and 4WDs
What determines the price
- Weight — the single biggest factor once resale parts are gone
- How common the model is — parts for a Commodore, Falcon, Camry or Hilux sell; parts for a rare import mostly don't
- What's still attached — engine, gearbox, catalytic converter, wheels, panels
- Condition — rust, fire and flood damage all reduce it
- Access — a driveway is cheaper to collect from than a back yard behind a gate
- Scrap steel prices, which move globally month to month
The paperwork protects you
We'll ask for proof of ownership and photo ID. That's not bureaucracy — without it there's no record of the vehicle leaving your ownership, which means tolls and fines can keep landing on you. Any operator who doesn't ask is one to be careful with.
Also: cancel the registration and return the plates to Service NSW, lodge the notice of disposal, cancel the insurance, take the toll tag, and empty the car.
Access in Fairfield
Most properties here have driveway or carport access, which keeps it simple. Tell us whether it rolls and steers, exactly where it's parked, gate width if there's a gate, and whether anything needs to move first. A photo of the car and its surroundings is worth more than a paragraph of description.
Don't leave it on the street
An unregistered vehicle on a public road can be reported as abandoned and impounded by Fairfield City Council, with costs charged back to the registered owner. Councils never collect cars.

Frequently asked questions
How fast is a quote?
Usually within the hour in business hours.
Will the price change on the day?
No. If we quote it, that's the number.
What if the car isn't registered in my name?
Talk to us before booking — it's usually solvable, but it needs sorting first.
Should I strip parts off first?
Generally no. Removing the engine, converter or wheels reduces the value by more than you'll usually make selling them.
